Well, the subject is great and the timing looks good. But, IMO you would be more successful using a smaller aperture, your 5D should be able to get a shallow DOF with a good lens. Or, use post processing to add some boke. That would help draw the viewers attention to the dancer and not the trees, grass, plants and fountain. A large DOF is great in landscapes, but no so much for humans IMO. I think a shot like this should be isolating the dancer.

 

Next, the background is an issue with this one, the tree is in a bad spot. And the fountain is a little unfortunate as well. The tree starts to interfer with the dancer, almost like it's part of her. And, the fountain, it looks like she is trying to touch it.

 

Both shallow DOF and watching backgrounds are very hard with a moving subjuect. But, in this case you have an advantage of re-staging the shot. I try and do some event type family photos where they can not be re-staged and have a lot of photos ruined by both of these issues.

 

Anyway, just my opinion, and an amateur one at that.
