Michael,

Nice shot.

The use of F/16 is not necessary. Fact : The more the f-stop , the lower the lens performance becomes. The DOF would be fine at F/8.

The focus is spot on, the details in the fish are perfect, and they weren't over processed.  For an identification shot, this is perfect!  However, as art the composition is kind of sterile.  Had you zoomed out to capture the school or waiting a tick for the fish to be in a more intriguing position, it would have gotten a much higher rating.
