A graceful pose of little dancer full of poise.  Your treatment emphasizes her graphic lines.  The light skin tones on darker, cooler colors increases the contrast and adds to the effect creating a stylized, artistic image.  I have uploaded a more traditional rendering of your image.  I wanted to see a more natural skin color and separation between her hair and the background.  This is an image that will have impact no matter what treatment you apply to it because of the strength of the subject and the other elements.  Great lead-in lines!  Nice job.
