Ryan, I love this shot! It looks like a soft HDR and the processing makes it look almost cartoonish, which is fun because this is a great scene. The composition here is superb, there's a fantastic interplay between geometry and perspective. I particularly like how the road seems to take the eye and lead it to the Eiffel Tower but not in an ordinary way, it traverses the width of the shot and then takes us up the length of it. 

This is a very unique and creative work of art and I congratulate you on your magnificent capture. Keep up the great work Ryan! I hope to see more photos like this in the future.

Only straightening of the verticals should be done and there is a room for that on the right upper side! Just select all>free transform>skew and skew from the upper right corner to the right only until the verticals get parallel to the right edge, I suppose that the tower will the be straightened up!
