I would say it is a beautiful pose and the lighting is fine, but it is underexposed, but not so much that software cannot correct it.

I think the dark tones fit this photo perfectly. Jerry's edit might bring it more brightness, but in my opinion it also takes away from the photo that which makes it great. The girl looks a bit cold the way she embraces herself, and the hair is messy, which could indicate that it is windy. Having it in a darker tone complements the subject.
