Crossing the Ewenny

A horse crossing the River Ewenny near Ogmaore Castle in South Wales.

How could I have improved this.

Hey-- I think you did a great job of capturing the horse, but like a lot of mine, the background is a bit bla.  Wouldn't it have been great if there had been trees, mountains, big boulders in the background, but we hafta take what we get sometimes. All and all I still like it , the water splashes are beautiful. Good capture since we don't see horses in the water like this often. When a photograph talks to me I feel it has great merit.
