When man kind fails and abandons its ways of greed can a re-birth begin..

Or do we decide to live together? Comment ... MJ

Another thought provoking masterpiece. I'm amazed at how well you are able to channel your creativity. These are no small undertakings, yet you seem able to visualize and create them at will. -

Absolutely original and extraordinary good looking stuff mon chum!

I always thought whether the science and technology based on it are according to the will of God! Yesterday I watched some scientific TV show and found out that some viruses are to blame for the existence of mammals and now comes the most interesting part, they are also responsible for the existence of love! Proved experimentally which on the other hand means that the humans are able to create and destroy everything, even love given by God!

Best regards!

One day it may be the way it was in the 'Beginning', but unfortunately it will take the efforts of so many to bring the amount of needed and essential attention to this plight. WE continue to build cities that have luxuries that simply are not needed, sure they are the utmost in the 'fantasy' of what you can do, enjoy and partake of if you have 'the change'............

But I feel we should all be ashamed of these  'wants and desires'.....just where does one begin? All the Camera's owned by those on PN, all our Photographic Equipment and Accessories we purchase to further our 'personal craft'..........I wonder how many starvnig children and  adults, could be fed. I wonder how many Species could be rescued?? And we are just one Photo Site.

Technology will continue to improve and be invested in. How many 'paradises' need to be built where we can please our 'hedonistic desires', just because we need a 'break away'. This is an endless conversation, but at least  if we are to be 'stingy' and cling to our possessions, we can produce images that make us and many outsiders perhaps sit back and take notice.

Feeling rather ashamed of what I take for granted, what I have and cling to, when we all know they could vanish in an instant. There are 'things' just I could do about it, but am I willing to 'sacrifice' what gives me a small amount of pleasure in this life?  Not likely, and I should be willing.

MJ, this is a dramatic, disturbing statement about the future of the earth. With climate change, pollution, the destruction of habitats, and the extinction of thousands of species of plants and animals, we earthlings are more concerned about the economy. But without healthy planet, there will be no economy.

I am curious, have you read Oryx and Crake, Margaret's vision of the future?
