Love that late evening mood (or is it early morning) and the cool - warm colour gradation. The larger view really brings this shot to life with excellent detail. I just kind of wish you had got the boat before it started to exit the frame on the bottom left. A minor point though and suffice to say...a beautiful atmospheric night scene.

Best Regards

Alf

Hi Jim,

A few comments on what I like and what I find a bit distracting.  The dusk sky and warm, natural colors are simply wonderful.  Even the clouds included in the scene provide an added element.  Certainly Big Ben is always a dramatic subject especially under the conditions you had.

On the other side, I think letting the tourist boat on the bottom left of the image exit the viewfinder would have been a big help. The boat with the headlamps then could easily have been cloned out.   I also feel the composition could have benefited from a different perspective.  The scene has too many elements and I am finding my eye searching for a place to rest.
