Hi Mircea,

Good action.

You've got a good fast lens but you're slowing it down with these settings.

I would suggest opening up to at least f5.6 or 4. That will give you a much faster shutter speed; for moving subjects I like to keep it well above 1/1200 even for the 300mm. 

This should give you much sharper images and keep your dof nice and shallow.  Just watch out for the whites getting blown out.
