Melina is a beautiful girl. You have focused well on her eyes. I love her expression. Her make-up looks very good. The background is nicely neutral and she is well separated from it. The catchlights look good.

The dress does have a blue jean color and a denim look to the material, so it does go with the "barn wood" background. The style and color of the hat is rather different from the dress, though.

The blue fingernail polish goes quite nicely with the blue outfit, the blue in the wood and her wonderful blue eyes. I wish the shades of blue matched a little better.

The lighting looks good, but I would be a little careful of adding too much fill. Her face is a little flat and there is an awful lot of light on the underside of her nose. You can see a bit up into her nose. You don't want to overpower your main light.

She isn't absolutely face on to the camera, but close. I would like to have seen her turned a bit more to the camera. It would have looked a bit better. Showing your subject’s widest areas (shoulder to shoulder or hip to hip) makes those areas appear wide, especially with her dress "puffing" at the waist. She will appear thinner and more feminine, graceful and elegant if turned at an angle to the camera. Around 45 degrees to the camera is a good place to start. You can than start having her turn until you find what looks best for her.

It doesn't bother me that she is sort of pushing the material of her dress to her crotch, but having her hands facing the camera does bother me. You want to avoid having the back (or palm) of the hand towards the camera. Just like posing your subject's body at an angle to the camera, posing the edge (side) of the hand towards the camera is thinning, feminine and graceful. Fingers cascading rather than side by side is preferred.

I know it is somewhat a "style" now, but having a bra strap showing still looks tacky.

I like her eyes in this shoot, and the colors against the desaturated background works great. I hope you continue and do some more model sessions this summer too.
