Excellent shot in b/w.  Outstanding documentary.

What a heartbreaking image!  Looking at this photograph makes me wonder who the people are and what I can do to help...

For me, this is not a nice scene (I say that very respectfully), because of the sadness it portrays and the situation these people find themselves in.

But, life is not only full of flowers and lovely sunsets and we need images like these to remind us just how much we have to be thankful for.

Thank you for sharing this and helping to remind me that I am very fortunate to be able to sit in front of my laptop and comment on this sad, but outstanding, image.

I agree with Angela, all she said was so moving. And to think, this young child has all it's teeth, and still must 'nurse' from it's Mama, she must get so sore. Heartbreaking but this is life in many places in our world.

This is a very strong and impactful image depicting the downtrodden and underprivileged of the world.Some would never have witnessed this but is a very common occurrence in certain parts of the world .It makes one think about the realities of life .
