Kaneohe Bay Lightning

Chuck, this is an amazing and scary capture. The frame that the lightening creates is amazing and the focal point of your image.  Nice light and color as well.  What is that searchlight or bright light in the left foreground?  Is it an enhancement or detriment to the image?  I guess this is a matter of opinion.  You might duplicate the image and try cloning it out to see what the image looks like without it and its reflection. Wow! what a terrific capture! A superb thunderbolt reaching through the whole sky despite of the wide angle lens and not even with a long time exposure!!! The colors are very nice too and for me the spot light in the foreground is not disturbing at all. Superb! Best regards, Jan
