A beautiful scenery, giving a good impression of the proportions. I only have my doubts about the dark part on the right side. combined with the black frame it disturbes the balance.

Alain, My wife and I have got to get to Iceland.  Given the comment about the black frame, what about this white one?   I do think the image needs somewhat of a frame because of all the water on the left.  I like the B&W conversion here. The silhouetted people add a nice sense of scale and humanity to the scene.  Scott Kelby in his book on Photoshop CS2, pg. 402 describes the step-by-step process for creating a digital frame that looks just like a matted image.  My example is not the way the digital frame looks.   Nice image.    Thanks for looking at my night shot in New Brunswick.   Larry

I love this shoot, the people in the foreground give a great perspective about how big this water fall actual is and the power from the water coming down ads drama to the shoot. great composition too.

Larry: thanks for your interesting suggestion! Your white frame is very appealing too. It completely changes the mood. It was a difficult choice, but I finally decided to keep the black one. Just a matter of taste.
