Very nice composition.  The B&W works well, especially the stark white background.  If I were to take a second shot here, I think I'd keep the right edge where it is presently but zoom in a bit to put the right edge just about where the fence makes contact with the ground.  In that process, I'd put the bottom edge just below the most dense clump of "weeds" in front of the tree on the right.  Notes from an armchair photographer!

what a nice shot! I have read Stephen's comment and I  would have, probably, done the same what he is talking about. But it's me. I like the way you did it, because the space at the right gives soo much to the picture! It makes it look like it is endless and  cold, and so nostalgique... I miss my home. Thank you for sharing.
