technically superb - rule of thirds, great exposure, silky water, clarity, good color balance. The rocks occupy a significant portion of the image and they are relatively flat.  I am not sure if there is anything to rectify that situation. If you were to lighten the triangular foreground rock, add contrast and texture (clarity command) it might improve the aesthetics for me. I rated one of your other images with a seven but i won't rate this one. I hope you found this helpful since that was my sole intention.
