The older lady in blue certainly seems to be enjoying life and the rain. Plus she is well prepared.  Four of the five younger ones waiting seem bored and abstracted.  The fifth seems to be looking at the lady in the rain and is pondering why she is so happy.  Momentarily she has forgotten the cellphone in her hand.

Excellent capture and composition, certainly worth viewing in larger mode.
