This was a different kind of landscape. These petroglyphs followed a

dry river bed (which flows in the rainy season), ansd were peppered

throughout this valley. I found the variety of patterns very

interesting. To me, this one spoke of Christianity's influences, yet

our friend, and local, Alejandro said these would have been carved

before the arrival of westerners. A fantastic area!
