Jack McRitchie 150 Posted March 17, 2011 Are you kidding me? What can I say about a picture like this. The whole thing is wonderfully preposterous. I feel like I'm a child again and someone is reading me an especially adventurous and magical story. My only question is how the 16 people who viewed this picture before I did could fail to leave a comment on such an exceptional work of art. Link to comment
human images 4 Posted March 17, 2011 let me bow here Monsieur Bulent… Brother Jack’s right… an amazing picture; the best of titles. Link to comment
drjoder 0 Posted March 17, 2011 I agree that this is a truly awesome and classic image. How would it look if you were to keep the cat in the same spot but flip it so it would be entering the image? Perhaps that would be too traditional and the shot would lose some of the tension? Just wondering, as I try to develop my compositional eye. Great qwork! Link to comment
Jim_Dockery_Photos 2 Posted March 17, 2011 Love it. What kind of cat is it? Where is it going? Why is it out there? Mystery and art meet. Link to comment

mikelgondra 0 Posted March 19, 2011 Starring animal too small;...I´m afraid. Composition is ok, but balance is too much white in lake and sky. You needed some more black cat. Josemi Gondra Link to comment
cyanatic 0 Posted March 23, 2011 Odd, startling and unusual. The impossibility of a cat romping in that frozen expanse...a black cat no less. I cover the cat with the tip of my finger and it is a simple winter landscape. Lovely with the clouds and shadows on the distant ridges, but nothing that unusual. With the cat...a surreal moment. Or, as Jack would have it, like a page from a child's book of fairy tales. "Magic" is the word I'm looking for, as much as "surreal". Quite a prize here, my friend. Link to comment
