stp 6 Posted March 7, 2011 Richard, it may be very cold, but it's also very beautiful. Don't wish this away! The foreground is great, especially on the left edge -- very interesting patterns. It's nice that the river then curves away in the opposite direction, leaving just mist that merges with the sky above a series of golden mounds. Scenes like this are worth another two months of winter weather. [Note: I just returned from Death Valley; it was in the 70s, and people were in bathing suits sitting around the pool at Stovepipe Wells. Your/Our turn will come.] Link to comment
