Great angle, taking in the both routes from the corner position and including the erratic paving, The colours and processing are the most striking of features though. I can imagine Laura Croft walking into this, scene guns blazing at some immortal foe. Yeah......I'm liking this one very much!

Cheers Pierre!

Beautiful shot Pierre. Both the composition & colour treatment are unusual but interersting. Regards.

Classic and interesting angular composition... It looks like early morning, no people around... but maybe it done using slow shutter speed or PS... Unusual, but appealing colors, texture too... Well done!

Did you notice that I click on magic button?  :-)

Pierre, I always think of friendly little villages in France.  This looks like after the disaster. The perspective and the emptyness amplify that feeling. good work

very pleasing perspective and composition... interesting processing that has the flavor of the atmosphere of the place while it hides the details... i like the luminosity but am not too enamored of the hues

Very interesting PP work. A great image to begin with as to POV. I like the use of all that yellow and brown to tell the story. It reminds me of a video game also with more of a western feel to it. Good work.

Sincerely,

Holger

Makes me think.... Hmmm...  Could this be a village from Earth, transplanted to Titan with its methane atmosphere.

The 'look' is certainly 'other-worldly'!  BTW... did you try the Paris Cafe?  The perspective is fascinating, especially with the low shooting position.

Overall... A Very Engaging Photo!

Dave, I clicked on the button! Thank you for viewing it large, it shows your neat approach to the critique! As for the Paris cafe, I wasn't there, how could I? I don't have a shuttle! And this "village" was the whole world for me when I was 5 years old (before it was transferred to Titan) ! My brother used to take me with him every Friday to get ourselves the famous paper full with American comics, translated into Serbian, of course!

Bellissima rielaborazione di quest'angolo di strada deserto e silenzioso, quel tocco di giallo dà all'immagine un "pizzico" di mistero! Ciao, Maurizio!

Love the prespective. The brown and the green tones match very well. Awesome job!

Cheers
