I love the idea of trying to make a pregnant girl look sexy. It is much better than having her hold her stomach and have a band across her breasts. I am sure there are guys and girls that would find this photo quite sexy. I am so glad she doesn't have a little bow on her belly.

I do wish you didn't have the main light coming from below their eye level. They would have also had better separation from the background if the shadows from their heads were not on the background above them.

Your composition is a little right heavy. You would have had better left and right compositional balance if you would have included more on the right (his left) or cropped a bit off the left side (in front of her). It would have been better to show more of his left arm.

You have very good focus, contrast and skin tones. Her make-up looks excellent.

This is a very sexy portrait of the couple, and I like the shadows of them cast upon the wall and repeating their shapes. I think the crop works well by placing the emphasis where it belongs - on the curves of the woman. I think she also needs the room you have provided in front of her. As with Marks comments above, it is nice to see something different in a pregnancy shot - a very modern and contemporary feel to the tonal range you have used. Very nice image.
