Out of colliding clumps of stardust new planets and moons are formed

in a turbulent dance of momentum and gravity. This is such a scene...

Looks exactly like the earth and its surroundings 80 million years ago when I was young student of astronomy on the Mars University! Before we moved to Venus and long, long before we started with the pyramids business on earth!

Seven for the memories sake

Cheers my friend

I'm really drawn into this Cosmic Fantasy Dave, so many other worlds you've created.....beautiful and fantastic work this one.......speaking of worlds, how is the situation with the volcano, are you near it????  Thought of you right away....   :-) ?

Thanks to all of you for your wonderful comments.  Knowing that an image inspires comments and critiques is what inspires me to keep working.

Gail, Mount Bulusan is located on Luzon and is a long way from me.  Also, the danger zone is only within about 4 miles of the volcano.  This particular volcano is quite active but is more of a tourist attraction, and local nuisance, than a serious threat.

It is beautiful and I can relate it to a galaxy far far away  - lovely blue swirls and a starry background. Congrats. Max.
