theblindphotographer 0 Posted April 26, 2003 Sharp! Very good light, pose, crop. The only thing I personally don't like is (and I can not believe I'm saying this) I wish the little cleavage that is showing was not (I must be getting old). Please don't be offended as it is a good photo, much better then I could do. Link to comment
bob_domerson 0 Posted April 26, 2003 I disagree blind photographer, I think it is subtle enough to be included and draws the eye across the photo. I think the subject is beautiful and she has serenity which makes the photographer's job easier and I would love to work with her. Well done. Link to comment
laura_barnard 0 Posted April 26, 2003 It is very sharp, I am not sure about the crop I would like to see more of the hair on the right side. Otherwise it is a stunning photo congratulations Link to comment
marcus_groehn 0 Posted April 26, 2003 How did you light this picture if I mey ask? It creates a nice result it is a very good capture. Link to comment
graham_heathcote 0 Posted April 27, 2003 I echo the comments from previous reviewers, this is a lovely shot. Good lighting and expression. My opinion is the crop is good on the right hand side, just the right amount in and out! But I would have liked to see a shot without the scarf, to show up the natural lines of the neck. For me, the scarf in this shot distracts the viewer. Bridget, of course you can comment on a shot of yourself! I'm sure your opinion is not biased ;) Link to comment
david_cort_s 0 Posted April 28, 2003 share beautiful, and wise eyes... I'm very fond of the "regard", the way you caught Bridget's look. This is an outstanding portrait, both technically, and from the fine personality you discover in that look... félicitations ! for the cooperation ;) David Link to comment
sean_driver 0 Posted April 29, 2003 Bridget is a great model to work with and I hope my shots have captured some of her vivacity and personality. Marcus Groehn: The lighting was very simple just a single bare strobe positioned about 2 metres in front (slightly to her right) and a metre above her eye line. The background was just a small piece of black mounting board. All in all a very cheap setup to replicate. Link to comment
joe_garrick 0 Posted June 28, 2003 I like it, but I have to agree with the Blind Photographer - I think it's better without the cleavage. It competes for attention with a great face and marvelous eyes. Still a great shot in any case. Link to comment
dougityb 0 Posted July 9, 2003 I don't think I could work with this model at all. I would be much too distracted. What's with the ascot? 50-1 says she's a thesbian. Good shot, Sean. Overall, I like your lighting on this shot, and the others I've seen today. Link to comment
