The white on white does a good job of isolating the womans face, but I think I'd prefer a bit more contrast. Overall I like the photo and it is well lite and composed. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice image you got here. The only thing I would have changed, is to straighten her glasses. It would increase her dignity. For me that's the difference between a 5 and a 6. Congratulations.
