Would like input on this shot...it appeals to some and not others.

How come??

Hello Jack,,, There are parts I like and parts I don't. Love the tree... love the pattern and shadow. I find the foreground at the bottom that is in shadow to be jarring. My eye bounces back and forth between the points in shadow and the out of focus dirt. I'd recompose by getting all that stuff out of the foreground and aiming higher to get the tree leaves and the ocean with a tiny sliver of the land itself only. Only my opinion....
