Hi Andrew....... Like the posters before me, this is a nice image with good lighting on a pretty face.

The "head tilt" would have worked for me if the model had been looking down the lens barrel..... but I feel her eye contact is just a tad off to the left (her right). Maybe it's just me (smiles).

Good capture though.

Pretty young model, amazing and remarkable light, the details are also of very fine nature, the skin is superb and an add to the quality of this portrait work, the pleasant little smile and the eyes do make the necessary contact with the viewers.

Everything about this head and shoulders portrait is wonderful -- skin tone, lighting (the kicker on her shoulder, neck and hair is especially nice), background and her separation from the background, focus on her eyes, catchlights and her eye contact with the camera (viewer). Of course, it doesn't hurt that she is a beautiful girl with a lovely smile.  There are a couple of things that could be improved.

The head tilt is awkward. It is not natural looking.

I know you have titled this Portrait With Pearl, but the highlight on her pearl is very distracting. It draws my attention away from your subject's face.

The composition is excellent, but she has too much headroom. You need to crop some off the top.

Nicely done Andrew.  Only suggstion would be to do a little more top crop.  Gorgeous!
