I love the composition of this photo, it's as if someone had drawn some ancient characters on a foggy piece of glass.

A great shot, Philip. The careful arrangement of the poles works tremendously, but the subliminal shapes of the trees in the distance sets it off beautifully.

Very effective graphic composition. The individual pilings each have interest, and together they form a diagonal that attracts the eye. The high-contrast, blown-out effect works perfectly for this one, enhancing the degree of abstraction. I'd enjoy looking at this one again and again. Bravo!
