I like the feel of this shot. The noise works well with the documentary style.  The woman's hair gives the feeling of a hard working intern.  Good DOF with the focus on the woman's hand area. The white block in the front kind of ruins the photo for me.  I can't see the purpose of it and it keeps drawing my attention without me being able to resolve it.
