Beautiful Image, the top 1/8 of  the  sky, is not  necessary for the  composition. Less sky,  would  highlight  the  composition more.

I agree with Bela, the crop would make the comp stronger. Very good detail in the foreground, like the long exposure and color tones. Best regards

Agree comments above, this could enhance this image, but anyway it is a splendid composition and contrast between deep blue and warm horizon colors looks so good, best regards.

For me,all works fine...maybe the only topic that I would like to change is decrease a bit (-14% more or less) the blue channel and it dominant,I don't say that this color blue doesn't exist in that place/ moment,only that perhaps works as better as yours without  as much blue.Great work of course!Best regards.PD.I present you my vision.

Paul, this is stunning! Very simple in composition, yet very effective. One could imagine that you were expecting an explosive sunset that never was realized, yet the mix of red and blue-cyan probably elicits more interest. A minor observation would be that the rock appears to be a tad over-sharpened. As was mentioned, the intensity of blue is an issue, not so much that it is objectionable, but that we will all have dissimilar opinions about it's validity. I can say that my Pentax sensor would have this just as blue right out of the camera if I used daylight WB, perhaps less if I used auto WB. I wouldn't modify it. I think it is the main attraction and I bet pretty close to the actual intensity. Wonderful depiction of this rocky shoreline!

Superb composition and I would also agree on going a little easy on the blue channel. I like the suggested processing by someone else, however I would preserve the contrast as in the original image. my 2 cents.

I really liked the colours as they are though less sky should fit better to my taste. Overall, this is a magnificent picture. Regards...

Fantastic work Paul.  Beautiful tones, and excellent control of the highlights.  Nice and crisp.  Looks like you've got it figured out.  Chip

Love it, and wish I could catch up the light and the similar beautiful place one day.  Learning.
