Dennis,  I'm a big fan of this type shot, and i like this  one very much.  One small thing that IMHO, could improve it.  The round, white reflections at top left detract from the rest of the picture, and add nothing of value.  Just a thought...!   Regards, John

Hi John, thanks for taking the time to leave a comment. Sometimes I'll do that just to add some context, to place a little reality when the photo doesn't necessarily seem real. I will try a version cropping the lights out and see how I like it. Regards.

I agree with the suggestion that the light reflection at the very top of the image are a distraction. I think the image would be perfect without them.

Then there would be a "Unity" surrounding the moving boat light.

Hi Bert, thanks for commenting on my photo. Funny, but please note that John, the person who originally questioned my leaving in the reflections, later changed his mind in the thread! Everything is subjective, but your comment certainly has merit. I will often leave something in simply for context; in this case, it is the nearby pier to suggest water.
