This Oregon Coast icon, collapsed last week. Known as Keyhole Arch at

Cape Kiwanda, it was one of my favorite locations on the Oregon Coast.

This was taken just 2 weeks before the collapse.

Zack - I think I saw this post on NPN prior to the collapse.  Your timing and capture is outstanding.  The detail that you chose convey in the water is perfect for me, and the magenta highlights in the water work very well.

I really like this image Zach.  The composition is outstanding and the movement in the water is beautiful.  I can't believe the arch fell down!  This spot was really high on my list of places to see on the coast and its a shame to hear it's fallen.  That's nature for you though!

Perfect use of shuttertime and composition emphasizing the beauty of the arch. What a pity that it has collapsed - something so strong but in the end everything perishes. Beautiful!

A beautiful image, Zack. I like the softer, dreamy bg treatment contrasting with the sharper fg. At least you captured this gem before it's unfortunate collapse.

Just beautiful light on this one....and great composition.   The water and the lines of the rock really draw your eyes to the warm glow on the horizon.  Really well done.
