Simple, casual, easy on the eyes, good background, good job. You could have taken a little off the top but not necessary.

She is a pretty girl with a nice smile. I like her windblown hair. Your focus is quite good on her eyes. Perhaps not critically sharp, but quite good. She has good catchlights and skin tone. Nice informal pose.

The background is a little busy and I don't really like all the shapes and lines in the background. Any symbols (letters, words, pictures, etc.) in your photograph will draw the viewer's attention away from your subject.

She has too much headroom.

I wish I could see a little more detail in her sweater.

Don't tilt your camera. It is usually just a gimmick that some photographers use because they think it makes their portraits look different. It is sometimes used (or overused) in fashion shots to draw attention to something. It is hardy ever used well, or for a good purpose, in portraiture. It hardly ever enhances a portrait. It just makes your subject look off balance. Unless there is a very good reason to tilt the camera the photograph will look quite amateurish -- unprofessional.

I have straightened your subject and cropped for better compositional balance.
