i think I've seen this image or rather the shipwreck somewhere before but not quite like this. it's original and creative with the use of the night sky to establish the silhouette . its a fine image indeed

It's a beautiful shot. Tho hurt IMO by a statement added across it. It would still look good framed and hung on a wall     Pat

Superb image. The jutting angle of the wreck and the counter-angled Milky Way work together perfectly. The tide-pool reflection is important too, by keeping the bottom of the ship from merging with the otherwise dark foreground. You also hit the exposure just right. Did you use the camera's dark-frame subtraction option to reduce noise?
