The black and white work is excellent Kaushik. The tones are very very good! The idea is also good, however there seems to be  parts of the widow beams which are transparent showing the image from underneath. In my opinion it is not so convincing. Without the window it would have been an excellent portrait, but this is just my opinion and I may be wrong.  best regards and wishes....JB

Great portrait. I assume the window has been added. If so I would prefer the lower lip not to be covered by the bar. Nevertheless the pic is great.

Very very good one in B/W.Expression captured here is very natural.Did you add those bars?If so then you have done a great job as I can feel some gap between the subject & those bars.

My best regards..Kallol

Nice concept! The portrait itself is perfect enough to leave it untouched, but your windows applied works well, even with beter effectiveness if bold and solid enough not reveling underneath and specially conveying depth and 3d feel. Its still a very powerful shot. bravo.

Hello Kaushik, I think you have an excellent portrait here with or without the bars. My initial reaction is to remove them but I'm not sure of your objective so I will hold my thoughts there. Good work regardless.

Best Regards,

Holger

Excellent portrait but you need to get rid of that lattice. It does not add anything at all but takes away too much.
