Although I am not entirely new to photography, I am always eager to

learn, so any comment will be appreciated very much.

I think this is a fantastic photo! If there were something to criticise then I would say that there are too many elements in it. The river flowing to the sea, the clouds which seem to form a barrier to the endlessness of the sea or the development from grey clouds on the left to the black and white clouds on the right are all topics in themselves. And the blackness of the dark stretch of beach on the right is perhaps a bit overpowering for the picture. And yet, despite all of these comments, it has to be said that it is a very beautiful photo as it is.

It is a beautiful b/w image, lots of  drama and contrast, balanced composition, excellent  image. Bravo.
