This is from an old 35mm negative. The sand is actually black in color and

it was a cloudy day. Thank you for any comment or critique.

Daniel,

 

Just my opinion, . . . worth nothing, . . but, have you considered rotating a bit to level the Horizon. And, in doing so will bring the right edge of the dark foreground to or near the lower right hand corner which could possibly improve the overall composition.

Just my thoughts!
