Composition is very good and the scene is beautiful.  The darkness sets the mood of the image and i like that in the dark section at the bottom, we can still see some details.  The only thing I ponder and it is based purely on my tastes: Is it a tad too dark?

I make you a bet that the image you see at photo.net does not match the one you see with your personal software. When loading to photo.net you should change the color space to sRGB (yours was AdobeRGB). I have made some changes to your image  and it is truly important for you to know that i do not make any claims that mine is better - it is simply based on my tastes especially as I don't know what the scene looked like. By the way I like the crop you did on one of my images.  It is more like my Symphony in Blue composition image (oops did i delete that?)

Hope you found this helpful since that was my intention

Thanks tony.

AdobeRGB settings are on the camera and did not find the reason to change it. Now that you have given me some thoughts on it, I would experiment. I shot this close to evening ( the last... as the entire range plunged into darkness minutes after this shot). Idea was to get the bright snow capped peak against dark sky background. All your inputs and thoughts are always helpful. I am waiting for more.

Harsha.
