Tadoussac

The view is looking South. The Saguenay fjord starts on the right. It was after sunset during the summer and I used a long exposure (less then a minute). A whale passed from the right to the left. It didn't print of course, but for me, this is a whale picture ;-)

I think the composition is excellent.  I usually like contrasts, and here the contrast is in the rough and irregular rock in the foreground versus the soft, diffuse, and rounded portions of the background water, hills, and sky.  Very nicely done.
