mriy 0 Posted April 2, 2001 Very nice photo. Your composition is nice, keeping the verticals vertical and horizontals horizontal makes for a pleasing image. The lighting is nice and your positioning of the camera is very good. One thing that may have improved the image would have been capturing someone walking through it. I think it would have been nice to see the juxtaposition of a person walking through and that imposing grafiti. Either that or having someone sit on that bench near the center. Just a thought. Keep up the good work. This is a much nicer composition than the other picture you have posted. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted April 2, 2001 This is great. It's so much more meaningful than "The Wall", the Vietnam War memorial, which is just a manufactured product of politicians. (Please, I'm talking subject matter and photographs, not the value of lives) It's like a portrait gallery of the fringe element. This may look like grafitti, but these are attempts at immortality, just as valid as any other. Link to comment
eden a. 0 Posted August 2, 2001 I'd give up an organ to have that tunnel within a couple hours drive of me for fashion shoots. Great shot. Link to comment
