Paintshop pro, obvious imatation of Rene Magritte. The background

building is the Kansas City Museum of Art. The badmitten birdie is an

actual sculpture, non Photoshoped, I like the shadows. The sky was

photoshoped to make it look more like Magritte's cloudy-rainy Belgium.

Well done, this is a well conceived piece of art in its' own right and a wonderful omage as well, best regards.
