Beautiful shot!, but I would consider editing out the traffic signals. They give a modern look to an otherwise old world scene. Just my opinion. Best regards, --George

Very nice processing for an old-fashioned look

The light and the rain or snow makes this image an excellent invitation to visit the place for those who do not know it, like me.

Verticals tend to go to the left a little bit.

Traffic lights are ok. How about working on different versions: one with all the lights on red, other one on green.
