Low balling one of my top rated images does not motivate me to help you but I will tell you that you have a terrific scene  here that has been captured well but you have done a poor job in processing it. The time of day you took this will not provide any 'wow' factor. I don't have lots of time to work on it but here is my quick edit which I know needs more work.

As you will discover most of the comments you will receive will be very positive and the image is not up to par, mostly you will receive anonymous low rates without explanations.   If you develop relations which is always a two-way street - you give an honest opinion and in all likelihood you will receive the same.
