Dear Azhar, you’ve stumbled upon an interesting and perhaps not so rare a predicament of trying to communicate a message with an image that is not quite congruent to the title ;)

You see, when the girl is as sweet and charming as this (and not apparently malnourished, distressed or exasperated…) and smiles most genteelly, the efficiency of the title is rather lost upon the audience.
