tonmestrom 4 Posted November 21, 2010 I really love the abstraction here as much as I love the composition. That intense look as opposed to the negative space in this photo could hardly been better. You've got yourself a tremendous photo here Gordon. One to envy; a lot. Link to comment
Jack McRitchie 150 Posted November 23, 2010 Ton is right, you're latest additions to this series seem to be moving towards the abstract and have a power that is in addition to their genre qualities. Link to comment
human images 4 Posted November 24, 2010 I join the chorus wholeheartedly Gordon... This is a dog picture that delivers far more than most! Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted November 25, 2010 Beautiful addition to your dogs in cars series. I like very much the play of light , shadow and form. Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted November 27, 2010 It's the texture that gets me. This is palpable. The eye, even through the grain, has such a liquid feel. Having snippets rather than presenting the dog as a whole makes this more interesting in my book. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted January 14, 2011 You continue to blur the boundaries between documentary and abstraction...always with interesting results. Link to comment
