I do like your treatment of this image. I do feel the parassol is a little too central. Also, while I can't be certain, I do get the feeling horizon is a little out. Rotating it anti-clockwise would certainly make her look like she was not leaning forward. One other thing is I don't understan why you didn't include her feet.

Nicely discreet use of colour. I think the desaturated background works very well.
