Chehalis Sunrise

Howard,

I haven't been to Chehalis for a long time and liked seeing your picture.  If I may make a few suggestions: keeping the water line horizontal helps keep the picture from feeling lopsided; modifying the dark tones will make the dark area look better; your picture seems to be divided into halves because the sky and foreground are about equal (since you say this is about sunrise you might want to show more of the sky); warming up that sky would help us see it as a sunrise.  Finally adding some increased sharpness and clarity will make it stand out.
