You have focused perfectly on her eyes, but the depth of field is shallow enough that it renders her nose and chin out of focus. Perhaps another stop or two would have increased the depth of field to render her entire face in the zone of sharp focus.

I agree with what Scott said about the DOF, and I also wish you hadn't cropped part of her left eye away. I like the tones and her expression.

Her eyes sparkle.  I cannot for the life of me figure out why you chose to cut off the right corner of an eye that is that beautiful.
