The photo is unprocessed except for white balance.

Interesting mix of graphical and human elements together with excellent exposure control. It would have been very easy to horribly underexpose this scene. I just wonder about the girl looking at the camera rather than her friend.

Indeed, she has an almost Monna Lisa expression!

The exposure, I am finding it very interesting to work with my old manual lenses: manual focus is tricky (maybe i am getting old, and the viewfinder from the D90 does not have the focus aid I had in my F3), but the exposure is somehow better, because i have to think harder, and once i have found what works in a given situation i am not distracted by what the autoexposure tells me to do.
