Jennifer,

Nice capture! The fall colors are provide a good contrast to the blue sky and the stark building.I also like the black border you added.

I have two suggestions: 1. The photo lacks contrast. In Photoshop, select the brightest point in the photo and make it the white point. I've never used Light Room, but am sure the process is similar. 2. Consider a slight change in perspective, either lower or higher relative to the building. The transition between the water and land bothers me since it appears about the same height as the top of the building. Personally, I would get a few feet lower.
