I think your colors are way off.  I can imagine a very appealing sky if the colors were true.

Agree with Stephen, the colors appear to be a bit off, maybe too much of a green tint, and a bit colder than I would expect a sunset (or sunrise).  Apart from that, I really like the image.  The silhouetted figure, boat and foreground agains the shining water and very interesting/varied sky all work well together.
